Description
Changes made to prevent unnecessary re-renders in the content component and stabilize splitpane handlers to fix layout issues when switching between navigation and editor panels.
Changes:
wrap content with react.memo
memoize pane sizes and styles
memoize localstorage pane values
extract resize handlers with usecallback
set inner splitpane primary="first"
Tested all changes locally and verified expected behavior.
Merging this PR will not cause a version bump for any packages. If these changes should not result in a new version, you're good to go. If these changes should result in a version bump, you need to add a changeset.
